  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sugar or honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds.
  2. Puree the watermelon in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  3. Add lime juice or sugar if desired and blend again.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
  5. Stir the sorbet with a fork after an hour to break up ice crystals.
