Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup homemade croutons
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and chop into bite-sized pieces.
