Tuna Melt Wrap

A quick and delicious Tuna Melt Wrap combining creamy tuna salad and melted cheese, wrapped in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large tortilla
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: jalapeƱos, diced bell peppers, or spinach

Instructions

  1. Mix the tuna with mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings until well combined.
  2. Place the tortilla in a medium heat skillet and add the tuna mixture and cheese to one half.
  3. Fold the tortilla over and cook for a few minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  4. Watch for the cheese to melt before removing from heat.

Notes

Wrap leftovers tightly in foil or store in an airtight container. Can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or frozen for up to a month.
