A simple, refreshing peach sorbet made with just three ingredients, perfect for summer heat.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the peaches, removing the pits.
  2. Blend them in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Mix in the sugar and lemon juice until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a container and spread it evenly.
  5. Cover and freeze for about four hours, stirring every 30 minutes for a smooth texture.

Notes

For a creamier version, add coconut milk or yogurt before freezing. Fresh mint or herbs can also be added for a twist.
