A delightful fruit pizza featuring a buttery crust, creamy topping, and a vibrant assortment of fresh fruits.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Seasonal fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, etc.)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, granulated sugar, and butter until combined; press into a pizza pan.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden, then cool on a wire rack.
  4. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Arrange assorted fruit slices on top.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves if desired, then chill before serving.
