A refreshing peach simple syrup that transforms beverages and desserts into delightful summer treats.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine diced peaches, sugar, and water in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the peaches are soft.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to catch the solids.

Notes
