Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
