These deviled eggs are taken to a whole new level with a tangy pickle twist, perfect for gatherings or a fun snack.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes, then cool in an ice bath.
  2. Slice the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks.
  3. Mix the yolks with chopped pickles, mayonnaise, mustard, and spices until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle paprika or fresh herbs on top for garnish.
