A delightful dessert featuring juicy peaches and vibrant raspberries topped with a buttery, golden crisp.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar, divided
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the sliced peaches and raspberries with 1/4 cup of sugar.
  3. Combine the flour, baking powder, and remaining sugar in a bowl.
  4. Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  5. Add milk to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  6. Layer the fruit mixture in a baking dish and spread the topping over it.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to four days.
