Peach Burrata Salad

A vibrant salad featuring juicy summer peaches, creamy burrata cheese, and fresh greens, perfect for a light lunch or a chic appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese, torn
  • 4 cups fresh arugula or mixed greens
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the greens and pat them dry.
  2. Slice the peaches into wedges, making sure they’re ripe for optimal sweetness.
  3. Arrange the greens in a large bowl or platter.
  4. Place the peach slices on top of the greens.
  5. Tear the burrata into pieces and scatter it over the salad.
  6. Drizzle with honey and balsamic vinegar.
  7. Serve immediately to enjoy the freshness!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. If making ahead, keep the dressing separate until just before serving.
