A nutritious and creamy breakfast that combines rolled oats with your choice of liquid, perfect for meal prep and customization.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred liquid)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Fresh fruits for topping (banana, berries)
  • Nuts or seeds for crunch

Instructions

  1. Mix rolled oats with your liquid in a bowl or jar.
  2. Stir in any sweeteners, spices, or flavorings.
  3. Add fruits, either on top or folded in.
  4. Seal the jar or cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir and enjoy straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze individual portions.
