A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring kielbasa and colorful vegetables sautéed in a honey-garlic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
