Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mango puree (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Honey or sugar to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Blend in the mango puree until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream until airy.
  4. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  5. Layer the crust in individual cups.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
