Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter until crumbly.
  2. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form an even layer.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently for a luscious texture.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
  7. Top with fresh blueberries before serving.
