Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to create the crust.
  3. Press the crust mixture firmly into each liner.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla extract one at a time, mixing until creamy.
  6. Pour the filling over the crusts and bake until just set, about 20-25 minutes.
