A vibrant and refreshing pasta salad made with sweet corn, creamy dressing, and zesty lime, perfect for summer picnics or quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup fresh corn, cooked
  • 1/2 cup creamy dressing
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
  2. Sauté the sweet corn in a bit of oil until golden and tender.
