A vibrant and refreshing mango slaw featuring crunchy cabbage and sweet mangoes, perfect for summer barbecues or quick dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 ripe mango, julienned
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave
  • Optional: diced jalapeƱos for spice

Instructions

  1. Chop the cabbage and julienne the mango.
  2. Combine cabbage, mango, carrots, and bell pepper in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together lime juice, honey, and optional spices for dressing.
  4. Toss the vegetables with the dressing until well coated.
  5. Let sit for a few minutes to blend flavors before serving.
