Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, pureed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh mango slices for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Puree fresh mangoes until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold in the mango puree and sugar.
  4. Mix in the gelatin until fully dissolved.
  5. Assemble the base and pour over the mousse mixture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until firm.
