A refreshing blend of juicy peaches and zesty lemons, perfect for warm-weather sipping.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or honey/agave syrup to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice, for serving
  • Fresh peach slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend ripe peaches until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree to separate the juice from the solids.
  3. Combine the peach juice with freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar, adjusting to desired sweetness.
  4. Stir in cold water to dilute and mix well.
  5. Serve over ice with fresh peach slices for garnish.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider using honey or agave syrup instead of sugar. Squeeze lemons by rolling them on the counter to release more juice.
