Delicious grilled teriyaki steak kabobs, marinated and grilled with fresh vegetables for a perfect meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak or sirloin
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Skewer the marinated steak and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. Grill each side for about 10-15 minutes, until desired doneness.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes
