These delectable grilled cheese roll-ups are a fun twist on a classic comfort food, with warm, gooey cheese wrapped in crispy bread. Perfect for quick lunches or playful dinners!

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Monterey Jack)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

  1. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
  2. Place a slice of cheese on the edge of the bread.
  3. Roll it up tightly and seal the edges with butter.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  5. Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the skillet.
  6. Cook until golden brown, flipping to ensure even cooking.
