Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced

  • Balsamic reduction, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, adjusting for thickness and desired doneness.
  4. Prepare the Caprese topping while the steaks cook by mixing tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
