A showstopper dish that combines vibrant flavors with tender, juicy chicken, infused with garlic and zesty lemon.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 zesty lemons
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or basil) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated chicken until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the seared chicken to the oven to finish cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Rest the chicken for a few minutes before slicing and serve with fresh herbs on top.

Notes

For storage, keep leftovers in an airtight container; they will last for 3-4 days in the fridge. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
