Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to a low temperature and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whip the egg whites until frothy.
  3. Gradually add in the sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in the vinegar and cornstarch carefully to maintain airiness.
  5. Shape the meringue on the prepared sheet.
  6. Bake at a low temperature for 2-3 hours until crisp outside and soft inside.
  7. Cool the meringue before topping it with whipped cream and berries.
